Fasting also is a quick look into those who fast because they can’t afford to buy food. I’ve personally fasted for 6 days now, and praise be to Allah(god) I feel closer to my creator then I’ve ever felt before and I’ve might have lost a bit weight but its all good.

We Muslims don’t only fast during this month we also read the whole quran this month, and attend the night prayers(taraweeh). We should also increase our charity during this month, Muslims devote themselves this month to learning more about their creator and his attributes. Life is busy and this month reminds the muslims why they are on earth in the first place.
